DRAFT — requires legal review and the entity/jurisdiction decision in docs/10-risks-and-decisions.md §10.3 before launch.

What this page collects

On the public landing page we store one first-party cookie, bc_ref, holding the referral code of the person who invited you. It lasts 30 days, is functional rather than advertising-related, and contains no personal information about you.

What we measure

We record which sections of the page are viewed, how far people scroll, and which buttons are clicked, so we can tell whether the page explains things well. These measurements are not linked to your identity.

From Phase 2 onwards

When accounts exist, the platform will additionally hold:

  • Your name, email address and phone number.
  • Who sponsored you, and who you sponsor.
  • Your learning progress and completed assignments.
  • Income and expense figures you choose to record.

Your financial records are private

Income and expense entries are visible only to you. No mentor, team leader, director or administrator can read another person's figures. Administrators see anonymised totals only.

People you add as prospects

Members can record contact details for people they intend to speak to. Those individuals have not agreed to be in our system. We limit this to name and contact details, we do not contact them ourselves, and we delete a prospect record on request from either the member or the person named.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete your account and its contents. Contact details will be published here before Phase 2 launches.
